Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Rebel India Electric Vehicles through our website, dealership, or authorized representatives.
- Booking Cancellation Policy
- a) Before Vehicle Dispatch
- Customers may cancel their booking before dispatch.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@rebelelectric.in.
- A cancellation processing fee may apply.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- b) After Vehicle Dispatch
- Once the vehicle has been dispatched from our warehouse or dealership, cancellation is not permitted.
- In special circumstances, approval will be at the sole discretion of Rebel India Electric Vehicles.
- Refund Policy
- a) Booking Amount
- Booking amounts are generally refundable before dispatch (subject to deductions, if applicable).
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.
- b) After Delivery
- Once the vehicle has been delivered and accepted by the customer, refunds are not applicable.
- Vehicles sold are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect model selection by customer
- Damage caused due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Failure to read product specifications before purchase
- Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Rebel is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
Rebel India Electric Vehicles provides limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- Battery Warranty
- Lithium Battery: 2 to 3 Years Warranty (as per model specification)
- Covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, fire damage, or tampering.
- Motor Warranty
- Motor Warranty: 1 to 2 Years (depending on model)
- Covers manufacturing defects only.
- Does not cover damage due to overloading, modification, or improper usage.
- Controller & Electrical Components
- Covered under 1 Year Limited Warranty.
- Includes controller, wiring harness, and digital display.
- Damage due to water ingress, unauthorized repair, or modification is not covered.
- Frame Warranty
- Chassis/Frame: 3 Years Warranty against structural manufacturing defects.
- Does not cover accident damage or external impact.
- Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Tyres, brake pads, bulbs, plastic parts, seat covers (wear & tear items)
- Damage due to accidents or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial misuse beyond intended purpose
- Damage due to natural disasters
- Warranty Claim Process
- Contact authorized Rebel service center or email support.
- Provide invoice copy and vehicle details.
- Vehicle inspection will be conducted.
- If approved, repair or replacement will be provided as per policy.
Rebel reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts. No cash compensation will be provided in place of repair.
- Important Conditions
- Regular servicing as recommended is mandatory.
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Warranty is non-transferable unless approved by Rebel.
- Any tampering with battery or electrical system voids warranty.
- Limitation of Liability
Rebel India Electric Vehicles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle use.
